La Posada Has Extensive Impact on Local Economy

A recent examination of the economic effect of La Posada at Park Centre Inc., “as if it were not here,” made it clear that there would be a vast impact on the region if La Posada did not exist. The study concluded that $52.9 million annually is pumped into the region by the continuing care retirement community. A secondary analysis of La Posada measured La Posada’s contributions to the quality of life in the region and the spending habits of residents and their visitors.
